Community building is about empowering people through their 5 P's - Passion, Play, Purpose, Process and People.  Leading people through any form of learning and playing is not necessarily about the content or even the environment, it's about creating a connection that they can relate with and will want to remain engaged.  

Honoring individual and communities' uniqueness allows for expression and sustainable community engagement.  Giving a voice to all, while honoring that voice is what will empower an individual and a community. 

Diversity and uniqueness then offer a beautiful opportunity for a rich playground experience, one where we all learn from each other while growing together. 

We are all learners, players and human BE-ings, and if we allow each other to BE who we are then we allow ourselves to BE in a better, more natural state to become our BEST selves.
